Walk into CSC

Have anyone ever walked into CSC office at laguna location to inquire about the application status? Is it better than make a phone call? Can anyone give me a suggestion?

if u live in the area u better off going there ....trying to call can be very frastrating
theres like 5 booths one is for numbers once ur int he actual room it moves very fast ..good luck and please keep us posted

has anyone actually been to the CSC at Laguna.. for I485 status??

Do you get more info/ personalized service/ faster processing??

I am willing to drive for 5 hours from the bay area, if it is going
to make any difference in moving my file faster (I doubt)?
