Walk in biometrics at a different ASC

We recently received my wife's biometrics appointment letter, scheduled for mid October. Today she went to the local ASC to try a walk in. They told her they were very busy and couldnt accommodate her today. And that they dont have any available appointments until late October.

Can she go to a different ASC and try a walk in there? Or is one required to complete the biometrics at the center where they are scheduled?
 
Walk-ins are allowed at a different ASC; some people have been successful with that, some people get turned away. The decision to accept a walk-in will be made by each ASC on a discretionary day-to-day basis.
