Hi Gurus,

Please give me some advice. I am finishing 3 years of J1 waiver in feb 2008. I have a second H1B which is also in underserve area for part time work. They are offering me a nice gig for full time starting feb. Can I change my waiver job right after finishing my waiver in feb or I still have to stick with my waiver employer for more than 3 years?. I already have an approved 1 130 through spouse.

Options

You have many options. You can stay in your current job until you get your green card. You can go into that other job you have in H1b status in until you get your green card. Since you would have completed your J1 waiver time, you could even just file 485 based on your approved 130 and avail yourself of the EAD option, until you get your green card.
You are in an enviable position. Choose based on what you want for your job/career. Once you finish your waiver, you just need a good lawyer to navigate you to your green card. Your green card is spouse based.
