Waiver proof required for 485?

Does any one have experience if you need to submit proof of serving 3 years in designated area?

I think you do need for NIW.

But do you need the proof if you're applying LC based GC, would you need this?

Has anybody got RFE based on this?

Thanks,

The standard adjudication process for a I485 includes a check whether the patient ever was on a J1. If yes, then the process includes checking whether a waiver was granted.

Still doesn't tell you whether you need to submit proof. I would just do it, not like it costs you anything.

You're correct. What I have seen is that USCIS is not consistent when there is no clear form to submit. Having said that:

What proof should be submitted, i.e. what document/letter? I'm a little careful because I changed my waiver to new employer.

Again, normally this should not matter, but we're talking about USCIS and I'm trying to avoid RFE.... I stopped working at 1st employer on Friday, 29th of the month and start working on 2nd employer on Monday 2nd of next month. Saturday and Sunday, technically no work. Even I was paid whole month by both employer. Would this be a problem?
