waiver processing time?????

Do you mean the whole process? (from filing of DS-3015 to having the actual waiver in your hands) or is it just after receiving your favorable recommendation?
In both cases it would depend on the basis for your waiver (no objection, Int. Govmt. Agency, Hardship, or Persecution).
I'd recommend using the search tool to find timelines that other members have posted. To give a rough idea on the no objection-based process.
Day 1: file DS-3015 online and send documents (Case number assigned).
Day 3: Dept. of State (DOS) recieves the No Obection letter from your country's embassy in Washington D.C.
Week 4: DOS website shows they gave a favorable recommendation to USCIS to give you a waiver (you check this with your case #).
Week 6: You receive in the mail a copy of the favorable recommendation.
Week 8: You receive in the mail a receipt stating that USCIS has your case and that it would take somewhere around 60-90 days for processing. It also shows a case number that you can use to check the status of your process at USCIS website.
Week 20 (or earlier): you receive the waiver in the mail...
Again this doesn't apply for everytbody, these timings are just estimates. For example, my favorable recommendation showed in the DOS website one day after my embassy sent the No Objection letter...

As far as I know, you can file for a Change of Status after you get the favorable recommendation. Check the forum for more info on this (check posts by Streamflow)
