Hi, good people,
Who can give me an advice how to overcome grounds of inadmissibility? I´m not a terrorist ,and not an enemy to US.My visa got xpired , I applied though.Have sister (permanent resident) in US.She has seek heart.Underwent two surgeries.Need to visit her.
Everybodys advice will be greatly appreciated.
 
I think you need to fill before you can apply for visa at consulate.
You have to show why they to need tio grant wavier. They look into kind of incident and gravity of incident.
