I filed in 2018 for a waiver based on extreme hardship as I am married to a US citizen and I am from Syria. I got an rfe in 2019 and until now we have no response. My lawyer says we can’t do anything unless I want to sue USCIS. It has been two years. What do you recommend I should do?
