My employer (Government Institution) filed for my H1B on June 24 2006 and I got the reciept couple of month back. But I have not yet got the approval notice of my H1B. My OPT will expire on december 17 2006. I am getting really worried. Oct has already started. Should I request my employer for premium processing.
