Applied I485 in July 2002 (Nebraska).

Looking at the current trend, any sign of GC (even an RFE) does not seem to be possible in the next one year.

I am not sure how long I am going to suck-up my boss, my job and my company.

How is Canadian Immigration trend? How long does it take now a days? Any experience with both US-GC and Canadian-PR both applied same time? Won't that cause any one go invalid or so?

Any good attorney for Canadian Immigration in Detroit region?

Thanks.

its good to have options open and it was much better about 1 1/2 yrs ago in Canadian PR.

Now a days they are also taking about 1.5 to 2 yrs for whole process. It used to be so easy because i got mine , well i was inside canada at that time so it took record 5 months and 6 months for my wife to get PR approved.

my coworker applied both (US & Canadian)at same time (aboout 2 yrs ago) and still he hasn't got anything in hand from them.

One way is that if u really wantto go Canada then take a job there ofcourse after going there and apply PR from inside Canada and forget USA. Ur PR will be done in less than a year and after 3 yrs take citizenship and come back to USA.
Then u will have best of both countries.
