i'm in the same boat as u r, but i'm in a different ocean..
briefly my details,
my case filed at TSC in dec' 2001,
rd:01/16/2002
nd:01/17/2002
fp:02/02/2002
march-2002
03/27/2002 - spouse case transferred to LA office
04/07/2002 - my case xferred to LA office
Interview dates
06/26/2002 - spouse only
09/10/2002 - my case
06/26/2002 - went for intvw..rejected bcos unless my case approves they wont process spouse..so wait till sept 10th.
august-2001
cases transferred to santa ana local office bcos we live in orange county.
intvw dates 10/31/2002
we had intvw on 10/31/2002..IIO asked all possible documnts on this planet..he asked payroll report..we didnt have..so he asked us to mail him...we did..still no reply from'em..
so if ur case xferrred to LA office..have lots & lots of patience..may be if u hav access to a lawyer , ask him/her to go and get the actual status of ur appln and he can get the ETA of ur interview dates.

natural1. what other documents did they ask for. did they send u a letter from the la office saying thast ur case has been transferred to another office.
my case is the same as urs. i got a notice that my case (485 and travel document) has been transferred to la for an interview. after 2 weeks, i got a letter from the santa ana office that i should go there and get my advanced parole from them. when i went there, to get my advanced parole, i found out that since i live in orange county, my files was sent from la to santa ana. also what did they ask u to get in terms of documents, when they sent u the interview notice. was the officer who interviewed u nice and firendly.
