my i140 was approved this week. Can anybody with experience please answer these questions>
1. what is the mean waiting time for a i485 response after i140 approval?
2. why is it that the processing time for the i485 is shorter than the i140 but the i140 was actually processed first?
3.is it possible to have a i140 approved and a i485 denied?
