After filing for labor, changed job. Labor with previous company got approved. If the employee would like to return to previous company (and previous company is willing to reemploy) - to continue the GC processing, is there any law or INS regulation specifying that the I-140 can ONLY be filed after 6 months from date of rejoing the previous company? or is it simply a policy of the previous company?
