Waiting period before refiling another PERM application?

Is there any waiting period before refiling new PERM application with new employer?

Let's say for some reason the new case filed under PERM gets denied with employer 'X'.
The person changes its employer say 'Y' now,

Is there any waiting period before a person can again file with new application with new employer under PERM? If yes- what's the waiting period?

or

He/She has to file with modifications to the previously filed application(which was denied)?

To the best of my knowledge there is no waiting period you can file new LC next day. However, I am not a lawyer so you might want to verify with someone.

THERE IS NO WAITING PERIOD.

SOME FOLKS ARE WAITING FOR GETTING THE DENIAL REASONS LETTER FROM THE DOL BUT YOU NEVER KNOW HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET ONE SUCH LETTER.

DID YOU RECEIVE SO FAR ANY DENIAL LETTER???
IN MY OPINION IF YOU ARE CONFIDENT YOUR APPLICATION IS CORRECT- THERE IS NO NEED TO WAIT FOR STUPID REASONS LETTER- YOU SHOULD GO AHEAD AND FILE.

No, I did not receive any Denial Letter, but I was just being pro active in analyzing the same situation.
