I filed 485 and 765 on 07/18 in NSC, got 485 receipt last week. for 765, I
called CIS and got the 765 receipt #. but by now, 765 check hasn't been cashed, no receipt neither. can i just wait for it or refile another 765.
I do need EAD to work. Thanks
