I got my welcome notice on September 21, 2005 and it stated that in 3 weeks they should mail me my GC. it has been three months and no GC. Also when i enter the Receipt number online to check on status update it is saying that Receipt number is not found on the system. does anyone else having the same problem and does anyone know how to fix it. I have called the 800 number and send NSC a photocopy of my Welcome notice but have not received anything. any feedback is appriciated
