Waiting For Spouse GC For Long?

Hi I received my GC in Oct 2004 while I filed for my wife's GC in July 2003 ( I485). It was in EB3 category. Will somebody know when can I receive my wife's GC and what shall I do for USCIS to take a look at her file.

Priority dates

If your wife filed under your application, she'll get the same priority date as you. However, due to retrogression, if the PD is not current then she'll have to wait until it becomes current.
 
She did take the infopass appointment but at that time Visas were not available.
Now have the new visas been issued for GC.
IS PD the date of filing Labour or I485. What is the PD date for EB3.
