Waiting for (maybe) RFE-WAC021615XXXX
Finally, my case has been changed on the website and got an email from INS, saying "we sent a additional request for evidence on 7/6/04 and the notice will tell ya in detail". I didn't get the mail yet, but I'm quite nervous and worried about what they would ask.
Is this just regular RFE? Does anybody know what kind of document might be required? Because, for some reason, I hadn't worked for the first year since I got my 1st work permit. I started being paid and paying income tax after one year (from June 04). Does it matter?
