hello!
my case number 2013EU00008xxx
i'm wating for invitation to interview.

as i understand, not everyone get the invintation.
should i fill again lottery form for next year?

If I were you, I wouldn't bother. As per the November Visa Bulletin your case number will be current for December 2012. So you should be getting an interview notice shortly (most likely before the end of the month).
