on returning to US with Advane Parole, what does one have to do to continue working?
for example: I am going to Canada for H1-B stamp (first time), currently on H1-B approval until 2011 and working with an employer. If I return to US on AP ( assuming I will not get my H1-B stamp rightaway due to security clearance), do i have to tell my employer that now i am going to work for him on EAD or just shut up, continue the job, wait for email from canada consulate, go back to canada , get H1-B stamp and return on H1-b?
second question: if H1-B is denied, will it effect my eligibility to come back to US on Advane Parole?
