Waiting for GC stamp - a long time

Is anyone is the same stage as me. PD was March 98, E2 category, Nebraska processing, FP done in 1st week of March 2001. Now no communication or letter for stamp from INS. Can anyone tell how many more days I will have to wait for...? PDN, NY

RD is Aug 2000 and ND is Sep 2000. FP letter sent on Feb 2001, but done in Mar 2001
