waiting for Fnger Print notice from Texas

To all:

Hi, I have submitted my N400 form in January 14, '04 in Texas Center and received the notice on January 27, '04. As of today, I have not received any notice for finger print. Is it normal for Texas center or should I contact with the INS officials for further details.

Any help will be highly appreciated..

P.S: My district office is in Charlotte, North Carolina
 
You should contact the INS to find out what happened. Normally, finger printing shouldn't take this long.
It is possible that your FP notice may have been lost in the mail.
