Hi,
I have my EAD and getting expired on Nov 26th. Applied for New EAD before 60 days. Now, I have a situation where I have to take an offer from some company by December and I may not get the renewed EAD by that time. Now the company saying that it will file for new H1 for me.
Just would like to know that whether this would affect my GC Process. I would like to have suggestions from the experts over here
