Waiting for derivative 485 approval - EAD approved today

Guys -

In mycase both mine(primary) and son got approved on 16th July. My wife case is pending and every time they are saying that, it is preadjudicated - under review and no pending things are there. We filed our EAD on 9th of July and today she got her EAD approval. Does it mean that we need to wait longer for 485 approval ?

And also we sent our EAD application to Vermont service center and our 485 cases are in texas service center. From notice date of EAD, there is no LUD .So i am assuming that EAD got approved right in Vermont center only.

same thing happened to me and also for most of the poeple in forum, they are not connected at all.

They are two seperate process and cases and centers.

same crap here. Wife's AP and EAD have been recently approved, while I-485 is still pending. All backgrounds checks have been cleared, but the case is sitting somewhere on a shelf.
