Waiting for Dependant's approval

I was finally approved last week, but I am still waiting for my wife's approval

Here are our details

Primary Applicant
ND: 8/2001
AD: 5/18/2004

Dependant Applicant
ND: 7/03
FP: 10/03
AD: ?

Do we need to wait for the processing dates to move to 2003 for my wife's approval?
Anybody in the same boat as me?
Should I contact senator/congress man?
 
It is sad

For some of us 2001 filers, the pain does not go away easily. We are waiting for my daughter's approval. Her FPs have expired too. I have seen dependents have waited for 2-6 months for approval after the principal applicant's approval.
