I've filed a I-539 requiring a change of status from B2 to B1 to allow me to represent my Canadian corporation seeking business opportunity in US.
I'm in the US now waiting for this, I do have received a letter from USCIS in Vermont saying that they have my application with a receipt number.
In the mean time, I sent some e-mail and resume in Canada and have about 6 interviews/presentations scheduled for next week.
My understanding is that if I left before getting this extension of stay, it's kind of a no-return thing.
Is somebody can tell me a little about such situation?
Thanks you
