How many are waiting for approval after 2nd FP?

Hi,

I like to know how many are still waiting for approval/RFE after giving their 2nd FP.

This is for my friend and here are his details.

RD April 2002
FP1 JUNE 2002
FP2 APR 24th 2004 Done early
AD Dont know

Guys, I'm not a novice here but still I'm confused: what's RD and ND stand for?
I understands they are dates for I-485 but what's the difference?
