Hello,
I filed for AOS (I-485/130/131/765 all together) for my wife back in Feb (Feb 26, 2005) through a lawyer to the Los Angeles district office. Got FP appt for June 17 (done) and EAD appt for June 22 (in two days). Neither we nor our lawyer have heard anything about the AP. We need to use it to travel abroad next month. Any of you who have dealt with the Los Angeles district office have any idea on when we should be expecting the AP? I thought AP should have come first before or at the same time as EAD or FP
