Waiting for AP for 86 days, any ideas?

I applied for my second AP on September 23, the processing time frame was said to be 30 to 60 days.
But I'm already waiting for 86!!! My wife's ticket is for Jan, 1st.
What can I do? Any ideas?

fax your ticket to VSC with expedite process request, worth a try..

it's universal truth that CIS enjoys screwing up applicants life...

My Lawyer actually did that trick. He sent a copy of my tickets as as an attachement to the follow up request he filed, and guess what!!

They DO NO CARE either way

I should have a made a trip when my original AP was there. Now that it has expired, not much you can do. Actually I am thinking of filing a 3rd one in couple of months since it takes 6-7 months anyways
