Waiting for an email

Hi

On the May 29 i sent an email to the KCC, asking them to kindly unlock my DS 260 form. As i had some mistakes in filling out my forms. I sign and submit the form at 21st of may, but then i found that I could unlock it and then i can make some chnages on it. I already sent an email asking them to unlock it but they didn't yet. I am wondering that what could be the problem, i became so anxious about it, cause i am worrying that if they didnt reply me or if they critisize me that why i did mistakes.

Relax. It may take them a few days to get around to your request. Did you put your full name, case number and date of birth in U.S. format (mm-dd-yyyy) in the email? If not then resend the request with this info, but don't expect an instant response. They will not "judge" you either, if you want the form unlocked to change it they will unlock it.
