waiting for acknowledgement

Hi Guru,

Here is my problem

I withdrew my N-400 in march 2009 and USCIS updated my record as case withdrawn and sent me an email based on service request but no official letter yet. In the mean while my life took ugly turn and I got a letter from IRS that i owe some back taxes which my CPA royally messed up and I paid the dues. Yesterday i spoke with 2nd level IO who gave me the same information that my case was withdrawn but acknowledgement awaiting to posted. I was wondering does my taxes have anything to do with my acknowledgement?
