Waiting for 485 RFE letter

hello guys,
online message says that USCIS sent out the RFE letter on 11/22, but until now my lawyer did not get nothing.
does anybody know how long it will take to get the letter?
I am in philadelphia area.
 
waiting time is 30days. But, if your lawyer changed address and failed to inform USCIS, it may be returned. I had to face the same situation and it never came. The reason was that the law office changed location and ultimately USCIS transfered my case to local office.
 
mygc1012, Please allow few more days I would say. On regular days, with no holidays in between, it takes about 5-7 business days. Since we had 2 Thanksgiving holidays, you should receive it by Saturday

Why did you recd 2 RFEs in a span of 2 mos ? Was the 2nd RFE issued as a result of RFE 1 ? Incomplete docs sent in RFE 1 ?
 
Jish, My attorneys say they sent the EVL in response to the first RFE but I sincerely doubt it. Since 3 things were asked for in the first RFE, I guess they just hurried up. Or it could be an overlook by the Adjudicating officer as well, not sure

Pujar, one quick question.
Did you notice increase in LUD changes just before RFE 2.Can you provide the pattern if you happen to recollect.
