Waiting for 485 aprroval with Current PD

I do not see any 485 approvals these days. I have seen couple people whose priority dates were current in jan/feb who got 485 also approved. Any body else wiating for 485 with 140 approved, FP done.

My PD is earlier than yours, but still waiting...see my signature for details.
 
It is really hard to say where TCS is going? SOmetime, they start approving I140/I485 at the same time then they stopped doing that and have started to pass I 140s very quickly. Now God knows when they will start processing Green card for atleast current PD guys. It is really fraustrating.

I wish all current PD guys will get their I485 approval notices soon..

No idea whats going on

Guys,

TSC seems to be approving 140s for all 04 cases and 485s for current PDs filed in 02. By observing the approvals lately it seems that only 02 485s are getting approved. Once they are done with 02s they will move to 03s and 04s. Ofcourse only cases with current PDs will be approved. The fast 140 approvals are because of retrogression. The best way to keep track of 485 approvals is by the month of FPs. in Dec 04 and Jan 05 TSC was approving cases that had the FP done in Sep-Dec 04. Since Jan I have only seen one approval for a 05 FP and that case was an EB2 with RD of 02. Hopefully in a few months they will come around to our cases.
