Waiting for 2nd Finger print notice

Hi,

I am waiting for my second finger print notice for the past 4 months.
My wife has received her 2nd FP 4 months back. Contacted congressman's office and they asked me to fax my I-485 notice. Did that last week.
When i contacted them i didnt mention about my GC, all i said is i am concerned about not receiving my 2nd FP. If i mention about GC i am pretty sure they will say right now they are working on Feb 2002 cases etc...
Any one who is in the same boat?

1st EAD - Nov2002

My wife had her 2nd FP about 2 months ago. I have'nt received my 2nd FP notice. I have applied for my 3rd EAD and hoping to trigger 2nd FP/RFE or both. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi all

Still waiting for reply from the congressman's office.
Will wait till this weekend and call them once again.

My 2nd EAD is expiring on Dec28 2004.
Planning to apply for 3rd EAD this month hoping this may trigger the 2nd FP.

Hi Drone

I called congressman's office today and spoke to the lady who takes care about immigration issues. She said they already talked to ins guys and they told her they will issue 2nd FP notice for me. So she mailed me a letter saying this. She was asking me did you get my letter. Then i said thanks to her. She said wait for some more days and contact our office if you didnt get that notice. It is very common for the INS guys to forget about sending some thing even though they promised to do so upon the congressman's office request.

I will let you know once i receive FP notice.

Looks like we will all be Nanaji's till we get our GC or wait for another 999 days going by the way NSC is functioning
 
Primary Applicant-no 2nd fp yet

My wife received 2nd FP a month ago. But, I have not received it yet.
ND:Oct 7, 2002 - I-485
 
Received 2nd FP notice. Just got a call from my wife that I received 2 FP scheduled for Nov-22. Hoping after FP, I would get 485 approval soon. Just a hope.
 
Got 2nd FP notice

Guys,

I was in the same boat. My wife received her 2nd FP in July and I just received my 2nd FP last weekend. My laywer had sent two reminders to the INS which may have triggered the 2nd. FP.
