I have a ND in Nov 03 and haven't received my first finger print notice yet. Is there anyone else in the same boat. Please respond.

can your lawyer open a inquiry on this ?
 
Mine is 12/03. Each day it has become a ritual for me and my husband to open the mailbox and peer into it with a curious, anxious look and cursing after looking through those useless solicitation mails. Is there anything at all we could do to expedite FP processing?
 
Don't worry, guys. My first FP was schdued 23 months after RD. Got approved two months after first FP.

called my attorney. He said he didnt also receive it yet and he will let me know if he gets it. Thats all he has to say about it.

Can I open an inquiry into this?

I do exact same thing every day. I hope our cases were not assined to some who is on a long term disability and have no plans to get back to work very soon.

Anyone know what happens if such thing happens??
 
SafeNH, It seems like you are from NH. I'm also from NH.

I heard District offices sends in FP notices. Do they send FP notices based on their current I-485 processing dates?? Any Idea??
