I had my asylum interview in July 2022 at San Francisco AO but no decision is made on my case. I emailed them many times. They usually reply with the common general response that my case is pending. Then I went in person and talked to the front desk officers who handles customer requests.
She told me the Officer who conducted my interview have submitted his recommendation to the supervisor. However, the supervisor didn’t make decision yet. She forwarded/sent him a reminder while I was there. They told me to send them follow-up email if I didn’t receive decision to which I did. But no response.
What are my next options? Just wait? Should I file WOM? Anyone with similar experience? Thank you
