Waiting after interview in SF

My file was transferred to SF office in June 2002, got a interview call in Feb'03. Went for interview along with my wife with all possible documents. AFter the interview I was told my the officer that my security clearance is still pending so they cannot approve my case.

Well, after several emails from my lawyers I was informed in April'03 that my security clearence has arrived but my finger printing has expired so I went in and had new finger prints taken in May'03. Since then I am waiting... BCIS hasnt responded to my lawyer's email

Well all normal stuff:

Proof of bonafide marriage (pics,certificate, joint account/creditcard bills)

My current employment, last 2 paystubs and job description. Including DE6 and Federal tax return for my employer.

Verified my pervious employment and corresponding H1B visa

W2s for past 3 years
