Wait period for Filing GC through my spouse

Hi Guys,

We got married on 31st January of this year and were wondering what should be the suitable wait period before filing the GC through my spouse.

I'm on H1-B –EBD and my wife is US citizen through naturalization and being living together for 3 years before we got married recently.

you need to wait about 365... seconds... :p

you can file the paper work the day your marriage is registered with the court and you have your marriage license.

the sooner the better. there is no waiting period.
