Guys! I got the e-mails yesterday at 8:40 in the evening that my I-140 (EB1 OR category) was approved. That was almost 18 months after applying! I contacted congressman and he contacted USCIS several times - didn't help. My employer contacted - received a standard reply. I sent them a reply to their reply (sort of from my employer) asking, if they cannot adjudicate my case within 30 days, to send a good explanation of why my case is being stuck for so long. At the same time contacted 2 senators.
Soon I got replies from both senators that the case is with adjudicating officer and should be approved within 30 days. Well...17 days later it was.
Immediately after approving the LUD for I485s changed too. First mine, then my wife's. We got RFEs. Any idea what can be the RFEs for I485 both for me and my wife? I filled out everything fine. Medical should be OK. Fingerprints should be valid for another month. Would appreciate your suggestions.
