wait for EAD card

The online status showed that my wife's EAD application was approved on November 19th at VSC, but we are still waiting for the plastic card in the mail.

She is waiting on her I485 case, and this is her first EAD card.

How long normally does it take to receive the card? Please share your similiar experience.
