Guys:

Someone said $80 is the fee for AP. BCIS.GOV says it is 110. Anyidea how much is the right fee for AP.

I am planning to file my I-131 extension (what else??)??

485 RD 4/15/2002
485 ND 4/18/2002.

Thanks

On Feb.27 INS ( BCIS) has changed all the fees. It used to be $110 and then they reduced to $80 for some time. Now again they increased to $110 for I-131. As of today, the correct fee to file I-131 is $110. So, you better apply immediately before BCIS changes its mind. Just Kidding!

American_desi, kamal is right.
Also the BCIS site has the non-fillable form and to be on safe side
that is the one to use.

Can anyone list the documents you need to send -
1> Completed I-131 form
2> 2 photos
3> Fees
4> ????
I have to apply for renewal, my current one expires in mid-Sept.
When shd I apply?
Thanks.

In addition to what you have listed, Copy of I-485, Copy of I-140 and Copy of I-94 ( Front & back) should do. It is better if you apply atleast 4 months in Advance. Good Luck!

Do we need a copy of I-140 to apply for AP? I am thinking of doing it myself. I do not have the I-140 copy with me. My attorney has it. Please let me know

It is a good idea to apply with a copy of I-140. There are some cases ( read in this forum elsewhere) people got RFE for I-140. If you don't want to take a chance, ask your lawyer to give a copy of I-140. He shouldn't have any problem with that.

Good luck!
