As per online message, mine and my wife's I-485 approved today i.e 6/24/2004 :p
However my daughter's case is updated (with no change) but not approved. Is that a problem???
I am very close to sure that my wife's EAD renewal (RD March 20 2004) and/or the fact that my FP1 was expiring on July 11 have something to do with the approval. The reason I suspect this is because the exact thing happened for my I-140. All the cases around my date were getting approved. I got my approval a day or two within the time INS cashed my EAD renewal check. So I do see a very strong relationship there.

Well the bottomline is its OVER (except for my daughter... I am not too worried but curious why her case is not approved!!!)
