All/Ginnu/J,
It is said in forums that, the wage should be higher than it is mentioned in LCA. While we were looking at our old six year back LCAs, we got into this question. In LCA, there is "Rate of Pay", "Privailing Wage" mentioned in our LCAs and there is also a wage mentioned in I-129 supllement. All three of them are different. We earned our wage higher than "rate of pay" and "Priviling wage" but less than the wage mentioned in I-129 supplement form.
We are planning to go for visa stamping and worried about this. We have been paid regularly. We have left that employer long back and moved to new one and have new I-129. But, this is causing us to worry.
