Hi,
I have a Masters degree plus almost 6 years of experience. But my lawyer says that at my present wage I cannot apply for EB2 category. The job I have does not require a Masters so I was hoping to use Bachelors with 5 years work experience. But he says that the state wage puts me in 2-4 years work experience category.
Does any one know how much is the Eb2 level wage? I looked at this website http://www.flcdatacenter.com/OesWizardStart.aspx and it gives me 4 different wage levels, any one know which one should we use for EB2?
