Does anybody know if the wage range needs mention in the Adv given in newspapers for perm ? My employer has given the Ad, i see its a very generic Adv, with lots of skills mentioned in it but nothing about the wage

Wage need not be mentioned in the newspaper ads, or in fact, any other ad (online, campus placement, etc) for that matter. If it is mentioned anywhere, make sure it is more than PWD as determined by SWA.

Also, note that WAGE MUST BE MENTIONED ON THE "NOTICE OF FILING" that is posted internally for at least 10 consecutive business days. Also, this wage MUST BE >= PWD of SWA.
