I used the DOL work sheet to calculate the wage level. By my calculations, all physicians are atleast at wage level 3. One is the minimum to start with it, we get one more as our work zone is 5 (requiring extensive preparation) and then we get one more as we need a license to practice. Check your pay against this wage level at http://www.flcdatacenter.com/ if you are planning on using PERM.
