Ok lets say I have a LC for an X amount/ year salary

However today my salary accordinbg to DOLETA should be 126% of what they say it was supposed to be 4years ago.

Actually my salary is 129% of what my prevailing wage is TODAY not 4 years ago. Would that be a huge issue????????????

Prevailing wage determination is a part of Labor Certification process. Suppose your LC was processed sometime during 2006, the wages for year 2006 will be considered and not the wage table at the time your LC was filed. The green card process is for future employment, as long as your employer establishes enough evidence to pay you - there wouldn't be any issues.

It is that evidence the i-140?

Not A Problem

As long as your current salary is higher than the prevailing wage in LC.

Mine is about 170% of original LC, and about 160% of current prevailing rate (due to promotion and additional responsibilities.) No problem with either I-140 or I-485. If your lawyer is good, he/she can draw a clear link in natural progression between new and old position. The key is that "natural progression".

Not sure if I really answered the question in the above post.
My I-140 uses the current wage, which is considerably higher than the one in LC.
