I got a supprise approval last night 
I140 and I485 got approved at same time. Spouse's I485 is still pending. Hope it will be approved soon.

Here in my case info:
Labor started : Aug, 2001
Labor approved: Sep, 2003
I140: RD 10/17/2003, AD 9/23/2004
I485: RD 12/23/2003, AD 9/23/2004.
Case missing on Aug 27, 2004 only for 1 day. I140 missing form phone system till approval.
Just send second EAD and AP application to lawyer 2 days ago.
I guess CSC is approving Aug-Dec, 2004 cases to prevent second EAD and AP.
