Somewhere on these forums , I got the info of touch dates and Fax. My first FP was expiring in July 04 for 15 month deadline. So I figured I would take a chance of faxing my info on 06/07 asking for status ,even though I was one year away from JIT dates. Just yesterday 06/20 I got approval email!!! No RFE, nothing. I guess , someone had to look at the case after fax and he/she approved to avoid second FP!!.
As I owe my great news to this forum, I am urging you all to fax , especially if you are in a situation like mine!

Thank you guys!!!!. This was the BIGGEST SURPRISE Of my life!!

Congratulations!! Keep sending faxes whose FP due to expire soon. It will only reduce recent backlogs and but leave the old backlogs remain stagnant for ever. If this policy had followed before, we would not have this huge backlog. Hopefull all cases will be cleared whose second finger prints have just done.

Your agony finally ends.
Would you be so kind enuff to also tell me what do I mention in the
"Nature of Enquiry " listed in fax enquiry Form.
My Priority date is of March 2003. 140 approved June 2003.
FP abt to expire in AUG.
so what can I enquire abt ......My Pririty date is a year to go..
All advice is welcome.....
