RFE on 140 for financial documents in Feb 2003
RFE Replied in March 2003
140 Denied - April 2003
Filed an appeal and 140 approved in May 2003

Changed Jobs after 1 yr 485 was pending and notified BCIS and filed AC21. The new job had similar job responsibilities, higher salary and a senior position than the one mentioned in LC.

2nd FP done 20th August
2nd FP received 27th August
NO RFE
Approved 28th Sept

cool, that was very quick to get I-140 approval within a month after it was denied.

Is your case EB2 or EB3? When did you do your first FP?
 
Apollo13, it was indeed very lucky to get 140 approved within one month after it was denied. I am an EB3 case and my first FP was done on January 16th 2003.
