Today I got email by USCIS saying: "On June 27, 2004, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Does it mean that my case is with an officer now?

also FYI, one of my friend who is Feb 2002 got approved two weeks back

Same message

After 6/24 LUD on my case turned to 6/29 and I got an email with the same message as you do.
I assume case is with an officer but I have no idea why in the message it says June27th though I applied for 485 in Feb'02!!!

I guarantee you both will see an approval in the next 3-4 days. Exactly the same thing happended to my wife's EAd case and today the status is back showing as approved.
